If you still cannot, and seller is not responding, I think you can call you credit card's bank and dispute your payment. If you pay with paypal, I heard it is even much easier...

Which lazada seller u purchased from? My a119 is from lazada bundled with gps package and a119s is from aliexpress. Could be a real lemon unit. I guess u can try contact viofo directly as per blurjoey advise. Viofo is very active in after sales service.

My A119 has the same problem of freeze logo on startup.
Tried to update to the latest firmware V3.3 but still having same problem.
Push the reset button also the same.

No choice but to reformat my SD card using their software

Then download the latest firmware into the SD card.
Finally the camera back to normal.

And now they have a new function call Parking Mode.
Not sure how it works.

iinm, the instruction says, must format the sdcard using fat32... Anyway, my sdcard is using exfat, and i upgraded the firmware using that format without any problem..

You'll need hardwire kit to use the parking mode... Or powerbank...

Usually, it is best to format the sdcard using the dashcam itself... Each dashcam has different allocation unit size...

Get those High Endurance cards will be fine. I'm mostly using Samsung Evo+ and not yet encounter any issues.

The A119 with GPS' 20% coupon is gone as it's currently on sale for US74.29 now... Before was US90+ I think...

The price of the a119 in the 72 hours blitz sales is about the same as before due to u are unable to apply any coupon for promo items.
Initially i wanted to purchase an a119 (with gps) and an a119s (without gps). But now the a119s is more expensive than the a119 and i couldnt apply the 20% coupon. So i just bought two a119 (with gps) instead.

blurjoey, do u use CPL filter for your daily dashcam (Viofo A119)? I remembered that u feedback the CPL filter produced rainbow effect due to your Llumar tint. I also using Llumar t4-50 tint on my honda city so i didnt purchased the CPL filter. But i am afraid the reflection may affect the sharpness/clearness of capturing the car plate no.

Earlier ordered it from lazada, now they canceled my order and the price is now higher without the coupon. Reason seller give to other customer is that he doesn't have enough stock. wtf... lazada has refunded my money back. Anyone facing same issue?
