My A119 has the same problem of freeze logo on startup.
Tried to update to the latest firmware V3.3 but still having same problem.
Push the reset button also the same.

No choice but to reformat my SD card using their software

Then download the latest firmware into the SD card.
Finally the camera back to normal.

And now they have a new function call Parking Mode.
Not sure how it works.
