Thanks, unker blurjoey. Really helpful since it doesn't state anything about AV in the manual.
For WDR, do you think it's necessary to turn on? I've checked carcamcentral "dash cam for beginners".' In the end of the video, he say's that the HDR/WDR might not improve the performance.
Also, by 2nd day of use, and I found 2 incident. Already posted in YT. I've used handbrake to crop certain section, and also removed audio if necessary.
Unker?
WDR is depends on your preferences... Some ppl like it, some hate it. So it depends.
I read a few ppl have issues with the GPS mount connectors.
Another way is to power using the A119 usb port. The GPS will still have power from there also.
Yeah, it fixed the flickering issue. And GPS information captured into the device even though I didn't powered it through the GPS mount. Now the cable kinda look a lil bit messy, but at least it solves the problem.
On another note, changing 50/60Hz frequency doesn't make a difference in the traffic light/HID light flickering. So I just set 50Hz simply because it's Msia standard.
Found this at 11street. Evo+ 64gb for only Rm99 with RM7 shipping charge induced. They seems to have a 11% discount ( max cap Rm20) tonight. Well , u guys go find it out .
You need to check contents of the package as some sellers only sells the A119 without the GPS mount. Don't only see the price. Need to read throughly.
Like Dfaro's A119, it doesn't include the GPS mount. Have to buy separately.
The GPS mount is selling for about rm40-60+ in Aliexpress...
thanks for your suggestion. let me do some research and calculation first. if buying from local vs overseas shipping doesnt make much difference then i will opt to buy locally.
had a bad experience from shipping overseas before

may i know if the above shipment of yours from aliexpress?
which courier takes over when the shipment from aliexpress arrives in msia?
i afraid to take the risk if the difference in price is not much. later for a few rm then have to worry then not worth it.
How do you transfer the video files to phone or laptop? Need to remove the sd card first?
Yes. You need to take out the microsd card and use a reader...

thanks bro...
didn't know can buy all from them directly...
Yes you can but must meet their minimum order and also pay shipping and other charges... That's why group buy is good as sharing all the extra cost... Win win for both parties...
