Based on carlist they said the Manual version not longer rubberish feel, but I don't see a real driver stating this yet...

Yeah the RPM, really interested to know... with MT I believe the power is a lot better because you have the full control over the transmission biggrin.gif
*
Yeah, don't want to repeat the scenario where I bought Saga BLM MT with the rubbish Aichi Kikai gearbox without knowing that the RPM at 110kmh is already 3700rpm and noisy like hell. vmad.gif

Well, I don't expect the power is better as it is using electronic throttle, not cable. You won't be getting the DIRECT power based on your pedal position.

I don't hope much... just give me a sweet 3k rpm at 110km/h for 1.3 variant biggrin.gif

Can any of the owners confirm this?

Has anyone driven their car to 110km/h yet?

Need advice from Bezza Manual user as well. I have bad experience with previous Perodua MT car (Myvi, Alza) which feel very rubberish and not nice at all (compared to GETRAG unit from Iriz). Appreciate Manual User feedback.

Also, what is the RPM for Manual transmission when running in 5th gear at 110kmh?

Thanks.  tongue.gif

my cousin has an axia MT that this bezza are based on and I have the iriz MT.

I don't think you would be very happy.

iriz is tune for fun but proton reputation and conti parts means it is expensive and probably aren't long lasting.

but you're get a stiff chassis as its high tenstile steel that is seven time? stiffer

while axia steering is heavy while slow, Honda CR-Z have a steering that light at slow but provides almost no feedback, in Kia eps you have to push buttons to choose the heaviness of comfy or sports. the ZF source EPS in iriz is none of that.

the axia would not move by just releasing the clutch. infact the clutch doesn't communicate at all. it's either open or close and no in between.

Yes, if kids can't directly claim up to the car, they will need to step on side skirt then will scratch the paint.

Based on carlist they said " the Bezza’s manual transmission is enhanced with double synchromeshes for all ratios." So this should be some improvement over the Axia one, plus for 1.3 Variant I believe they will use different set of gearbox with different Ratio like how Myvi 1.0 vs Myvi 1.3

Iriz I never tried before so I couldn't give any comment on this sweat.gif

Even the new Persona or Saga released, I would still think twice to get them due to
1. Their engine will be refreshed another year + -
2. Once new engine launched, RV will drop dead for those with old engine unless price differ is obvious.

So I'm plotting to get this Bezza as replacement and I need a Sedan cause I already have Hatch

So when new Persona or saga released with new engine, I would just sell off this Bezza which still have good RV on it and get them (If they are good enough to convince me to change)

Hi darth5zaft, thanks a lot for your info.

So far how is your review regarding the Iriz MT as a real owner? I kinda still have some hope on the upcoming Persona (which will be based on Iriz platform) due to the strong chassis, safety features and handling.

But having said that, I am just looking for a car for normal usage. Seldom do aggressive driving, just aim for fuel saving and practicality and long term low cost maintenance. Hence, which landed me towards the Bezza.

Perodua do not provide MT BEzza for test drive, it kinda bugs me on how it drive....
