Safest would probably be RaceChip since its plug&play. What is important is a reputable tuner that knows how to disable the car before installation that is because there is a "black box" in the civicX that records its "data activity - error codes" and it is accessible by Honda mechs. This usually happens when you dyno the car and the engine check light comes on, that will be recorded.

I know of at least 1 guy whom has used the RaceChip and removed it during the first 1k service. No problem at all, the honda mechs didn't suspect anything

For me tis is small matter .. driving dynamics should not be affected ; drivetrain too n since they change de carpets n sound deadening stuff ; should be smell free too.. I would keep it n do like u n ask for more..

They will only check if you complaint / have problems with the engine. Then kantoi & goodbye warranty.

in any case, a member from the whatsapp group has a paint chip on this door - 3 of his doors in fact - and he claims that there are a lot of others having this problem. can you guys check if you have the same issue? My car thankfully has no such problem. It is located at the joint section of the door. Those who have not received the car yet, do properly scrutinize this section out - just in case.

i don't have time to test it yet but i tried on nexus 6p and work flawlessly. i used spotify for music but regret to import all the contacts from my phone. have to find a way to delete from HU when i have time

Try not to book from Kah, but from Honda dealers. I booked in mid of April from Kah Motor Chan Sow Lin, initially my SA said July...now KIV, no date at all.

But if I had booked from a dealer at PJ about the same time, I could have the car this week.

Just my little experience 😊.

i booked with them on may and got it yesterday because of document ready. apparently the cars just arrived few days ago
next shipment will be end of this month

their warehouse is at jalan ipoh and i saw 3-4 unreg civic around there when i was collecting my car
