A walk around + a short test drive, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remember to go through the handover checklist, highlight issues that you found. But don't expect the car to get rejected due to minor issue, they'll arrange for rectification work at your next service.

u guys install any screen protector for the HU?
*
Yup, I installed screen protector. Now a must though... I bought mine from Photodon - this was really early on so I had to buy from the US. There wasn't any good quality screen protector available unlike now.

Short test drive - not really needed coz you're not in a position to turn down the car since it's already registered under your name. You may come again to the SC to fix whatever problems you may have with the car.

You may find that our collective knowledge of the car is definitely better than your typical SA - since we're using it on a daily basis biggrin.gif

FC in modern car technology is not my weightage when deciding to buy this car. But getting 14km/L or 7.1L/100km or 33mpg with this car is amazing. This is achieved after 1500km milage/1 month with mix of hiway & city road, but not the damansara toll type of traffic jam..

guys, can anyone help and provide feedback for my issue ?

I have noted on my car steering wheel that there are some peeling of the leather. Anyone noted having such issues or it is me only ?
i had not purposely or accidentally scratched it as i am aware off. Wondering if is the quality issue as i have other family honda cars with no such issue.

can feel the "scratch" feeling making very irritating.
Can anyone help?

If you did not bring this up during delivery of the car, most likely Honda will write it off as your own fault.

No harm trying to claim, though.

Personally,

I would be more afraid that it would get worse.. As at present, of course, its no harm trying to claim for a new wheel [ or at least a new leather wrapping but l think they'll just change the whole wheel ] but yes.. l am afraid they'll say it's owner inflicted and deny you the claim..
Bad luck..

I didn't notice any scratch on mine bro. Didn't hear such problems before this too. When did you notice this vs when you received the car
