looks like civic has alot of defects

Defects on honda car is due to poor QC at alor gajah factory. It is a norm for tidak apa working attitude in honda malaysia.

I think u've been living under a shell all this while if u think that those small issues with the Civic are big and great. Maybe you should read up more and see the kind of issues plaguing other car manufacturers.

Just FYI 3 months after I bought my brand new BMW 5 Series, my rear passenger door unlocked and opened by itself while I was driving. Luckily I wasn't driving fast and my rear passenger reacted fast enuf to close the door. Another time, my Auto Brake Hold disengaged by itself while i was at a traffic light stop with my gear in D. Luckily I managed to slam the brakes in time before I hit the car in front. In the past 7 months of ownership, ive had about 12 issues with the car. Most of which have been resolved though.

So yeah, ive got no complaints whatsoever about Honda despite the issues listed on the front page.

There is no such thing as a perfect car. If u expect to buy a car with no problems, then ure in for a surprise. Best stick to public transport or walking.

And why should I have any regrets just because my car had some issues? Isn't that why we have warranties for? And if problems crop up and the manufacturer can resolve them quickly enough, then what's the big fuss except for time spent at the service centre?

Btw, what 140K+ 'investment' are you referring to anyway?

Its fine for us to discuss problems with our cars, but you do not need to come in here and talk shit about Honda and its cars.

Every manufacturer has its own problems to deal with.  If u have a honda and u hate ur car so much, sell it ..... or else deal with it.

tested on a huawei P9.. works flawlessly..

tested on a samsung A7.. can't get it to run until today...

how the heck can we update google apps, google play, google android when its not supported..

Apple Carplay... day 1 i plug in. no need install apps no need do this do that..

running smoothly until now.. only thing is Maps are lousy.. no complaints otherwise.. (apple fanboy btw)

i think in any cars, it really depends on how you drive - how hard you stepped on the pedal, acceleration, whether you are stationary all the time, stop and go traffic, or even mostly driven on highways etc.

Hard to gauge FC in general. I have a 1.5l Jazz and it's suppose to return 14 or 15km/l but when my wife drives it - it's only returning 7km/l or 8km/l as she drives it short distance and when she steps on the acceleratior, she really STEP IT ON! haha.....

Unlike myself, if I were to drive the Jazz, I will be able to get it up to 12 or 13km/l as I don't really accelerate that hard.

Thats the one.. So Honda Malaysia's Modulo package does not include that..
No matter - just wondering if its officially available .. outside exos shop should be loads cheaper..

I have driven 1.8 for 500km already, FC seem getting better, since still at break in status, now is 12.5km per L. In city drive mostly, light foot most of time.

Normally bodykit is come seprately from HM and install at SC???
I tot they install at factory b4 delivery
