Erm.. Refer attached brochure..

I think buyers can sue Bermaz for that brochure. It says "Lane Keep Assist System" is included but it isn't provided for the GVC Mazda 3.

Btw, the brochure doesn't say SBS is included but SCBS is included.

Yes, they should, but if you try speaking to a number of them, more than half can't really answer you in detail. Further, this model is still relatively new, they'll need more time to get familiar with the car.

You have to remember that most of them are sales background, hoping from industry to industry or brand to brand. Hardly can find someone who is really into car knowledge as they view their position as temporal and will just switch if the trend/industry goes against the brand they are working with. Unless they themselves are car enthusiasts, their car knowledge will just be slightly better than normal layman.

They are there to grease the sales experience. If can buy car online without going through these sales advisors, most car enthusiasts will go through this method after test driving it, as they know the specification, just want to have a feel of the car before purchase.

Only those who dono car will trust what SA says. they can still survive with this kind of ppl around which I believe there are still plenty..

no choice but buyer like us with little more knowledge and know how to google around will have to find out the truth ourselves or force their customer service to provide a firm answer. which I found that bermaz customer service also at times lack of knowledge.

Is the adaptive LED headlights with auto high beam control for the GVC high spec working well?

Really, most sales advisors are there for the commission only. The one that served me during my purchase, after signing the delivery, no longer hear from him. When go back for 2nd service, already that fellor already bye bye.

Some are fresh graduates and very few are loyal, they know bits and pieces only. Only those that are more committed will go to the workshop and chat with the technicians or spend some time when no customers to really understand the ins and outs within the infotainment menu.

Maybe instead of approaching sales advisors, better that you approach service advisors. They are the ones that handle all the 1st hand complaints from customers requesting the in house technician to check and they are also the middle man to explain the issue/fix to the customer from the findings of the technicians.

actually at the beginning I am not talking about SA... not sure why you keep talking about their SA.
bermaz problem is not only at their SA, their customer service, their marketing also. Don't tell me customer service turn over is high and they don't have enough knowledge also, not professional at all.

In short,
Advanced SCBS supports 10km/h-80km/h. source:

Normal SCBS supports 10km/h-30km/h only.

Watch this video by Bermaz. At 6.05 the driver asks whether the HS has lane keeping assist. Listen to what the Bermaz guy says.

First, Malaysia Mazda 3 cut cost, there is no dual zone aircond, the single zone looks very cheap. Oversea has lane keeping assist and SMART BRAKE SUPPORT. Smart brake support is huge different than our smart city brake(30km/h maximum).. Hope next gen or 2018 they will update with these features..

Done sound insulation in my car today at CCS sunway. Comment? Satisfied! For door insulation i can give 80% improvement. Barely hear motorcycles or lorry passed my car. Luckily BVM is there. Road noise i think less by 40-50% since i only do front and boot only, not whole floor plus still rolling with toyo. Recommended. But a bit pricey la.

5k++ for the door, front floor and the boots, but i got special price. Look for the Manager, Desmond R for the huge discount and custom ur needs. Mention my name, Ridzwan then he will know. Yeah, it's pricey but it's worth especially for the door insulation. Honestly it will put some weight to ur car + - 5kg.
