Feel a bit speechless on 1 of the Mazda salesman in Midvalley dd:21/04/2017.
Seem like dun wanna entertain me, this salesman should be an uncle straight away serve another person (with family) and directly forget what i asked him. Is it because of my KID look and he feel like I dont have the capability to buy?
Next time all this kind of mazda salesman, i will take pic and upload their shitty face

Not only you bro...They lie so much...Sales also got respect and manners no need lie so much coz of money....Plus they think Mazda like BMW Mercedes act so lanci ...But now all they begging ask me buz 2016 car till I fed up and give up... I'm asking when 2017 new floor coming they are telling me Mazda 2 no facelift this is facelift... I said Thailand alrfy got... Since all the car coming from Thailand sure 2017 will be the new 1...

haha, looks like these sales man spoiling mazda name, my experience with mazda uncle sales man also not so good. lack of knowledge about the car and trying to con me like I am 3 year old kids, uncle need to update himself as this is internet era, ppl know how to google and youtube, there are a lot of information available so be a smart sales man and provide better service now.

Went to a less busy service centre and managed to speak with the senior service technician there. I was told that a new version with new part number is being used now, probably a more suitable material.

For those of you who had the lower arm bush replaced under warranty but still have "ngek" sound, please get back to the SC to request for another change.

I hardly see new mazda 3 on the road now especially with V plate. What happen to their sales. Used to be quite hot few years ago.

probably waiting for the facelift to launch next month

but mazda offer cannot compare with honda la, they keep on giving discount and freebies, roadshow and marketing also more active than mazda

and our after sales service quality has dropped as well, no more free battery and wiper claim, the best is 3 years warranty with totally free service but although the reliability of this car is quite good for a totally new platform

they keep increase the price, ppl lari lah.. (my own thought)
anyway, facelift coming.. real soon..

Ya. I kinda agree. Mazda holds very firm on their pricing. I doubt the new face lift can do better as the changes are subtle except the G Vectoring.
Also i hear they control the spare parts and only ori are available in Malaysia. Unlike others they can buy OEM parts at a much cheaper rate.

and the tyre size also, odd and expensive... wonder why they want to use that tyre size, any sifu can explain?
