Had a minor bump between my autogate and car door while closing both doors, resulted in car paint came out. What can I do to fix this before it gets rusty?

Hello!

I was informed by my colleagues that if we don't service our car on time (according to the schedule), it will void the warranty for the car. Is that true? |
