I have some observation on this one. Previously in 2015, I can do IBFT from Maybank to Ambank CC. But not sure start from when in this year, I can't do IBFT to Ambank CC anymore.

Until today, I am just using Giro from Maybank to Ambank CC. I do not have Ambank Saving/Current account, so I am commenting this based on my Ambank CC experience only. smile.gif

I got the VI card... cant remember why I choose that over the WMC (might be because I have other WMC) anyway... I thought the overseas spending VI is usually better then WMC?

Most of us applied via branch. I think you can print the form and send via email.

Does the card benefit also apply for supplementary card holder? Example the holiday insurance protection for cover for supp card?

I applied for my WMC / VI earlier, then realise there was a booth that offered free luggage so I called the CS and they told me they would cancel my earlier application and I can go and reapply.

Few days ago I was told my application was approved then suddenly the guy called and say it was the earlier application that was approved, so no free gift. I'm pissed because I checked twice to see if it was possible before I wasted my time going to reapply.

Can I lodge an official complaint?

Do u jot down officer name that help u to cancel the application n the one that apply for u? If yes, u can write in to ambank n let them investigate..

Yea, I will be doing that. At least get it on record. If cannot say cannot then I wouldn't have bothered, waste my time and effort.

Was extended to mid may if I'm not mistaken as my application was early/mid may and my agent told that I can still get the 388 cashback. Will update if I get it.
