I forgot the exact content, but I remembered I received an SMS telling me it has been sent out or something. Once received that SMS then it can be quick.

What did the CS tell you? Ask them when was it delivered and all. Just afraid lost in transition only..

You are right, just my frustration getting the better of me. If anything, they're guilty of shitty service.

Ultimately, I'm just looking for an avenue to get this resolved, and was wondering whether BNM is the right channel to go to.

If you ask me, seems like it was lost in delivery. Call up CS and ask for the date it was delivered.

One of my supp card was also delayed when everyone was applying for Ambank card due to the sign up cashback promo.

Nope, no SMS saying it's been sent out.

They don't know - apparently the team responsible has not been returning their queries. I asked for the tracking number (assuming poslaju) and CS couldn't even get that because the team is not responding. I spoke to 3 different CS and my problem is already recorded, but with no resolution. All the record says is that it's a vendor problem (which could mean Pos Malaysia or the co that embosses the cards).

In my latest call, I asked the CS to note that I am demanding a verbal explanation from a senior person in the responsible team, but considering their lack of response, that may result in nothing as well.

Frankly, in raya festival season, all mails via pos getting delay n lost in transit.. So, I just hope that the bank don't send me any pin n pay card during this raya season.. As I don want to change my card number due to the lost in transit..

The problem is despite me asking them to just declare the card lost and send me a new one, the CS are still insisting that they need to get a response from the responsible team first. I'm not sure what's their policy on how long must a card delivery be missing for it to be considered as lost.

Try to get their officer or superior to speak and follow up with you. You need to establish first whether it has been sent out or not.

Quick check. Have anyone ever made Ambank CC bills payment through IBFT from any banks?

I couldnt do so from SCB. Getting error every time.

I only tried IBFT from other banks to AmBank savings account and loan payment, no issue. smile.gif

if not mistaken, certain bank does not allow IBFT to pay ambank cc..
try to check the list

Anybody did BT from Ambank before? I called in last friday to apply and was told by the CR that their BT officer will call me within a few days and it'll take 14 working days for the funds to be transferred over to the other card. Oh man, I should have applied earlier, my OCBC card payment due date is on 1st Aug.

My limit is way above from the amount I wanted to transfer. I think it's just about SCB to Ambank thing. Thanks bro!
