Have not received my card despite it being almost 3 weeks since my card approval. At this rate I wouldn't be able to enjoy the 10% cashback promotion. Customer service's hands are tied as all they can do is expedite my request to the relevant dept.
I feel that Ambank is artificially delaying card delivery to avoid new subscribers from using the promo. Any ideas who I can complain to? Would this be under the purview of BNM?
