For supplementary, can Principal collect for supplementary? Let's say apply at Card Centre. Thanks.

If opted for same statement, then yes, the cards should be picked up by/delivered to Principle card holder.

Golden lounge voucher is transferable, so anyone can use it once you received the physical voucher.

Hi there,

I need confirmation on this.
Celcom auto billing gets 5% instead of 2%?
DiGi Store Online gets 5% too? How about normal bill payment?

I'd like a confirmation as well. Thinking of applying for this card for Digi bill (auto debit CC). Is it 5% or 2% cash rebate?

Also have Celcom bill (auto debit CC). Can anyone confirm if I will receive 2% cash rebate if I use this card and at the same time continue to enjoy 5% rebate from Celcom for autopay?

Thanks

I can confirm this.

Celcom auto-billing: CELCOM REAL TIME - RPS KUALA LUM MY

Entitled 2% cash rebate with CIMB CR MC.
5% discount on current bill by Celcom will be credited in the next bill.

I'm a little surprised with he mentioned 5%

I have sent supp application to cardsmktg@cimb.com at Sep 19

Until Sep 23 no reply, so i forward my email to cardcentre@cimb.com and cc cardsmktg@cimb.com at Sep 23 stated to process the application and I also mention i got no reply when sending to cardsmktg@cimb.com.

At Sep 26, cardsmktg@cimb.com reply me saying they received my application at Sep 19 and they are currently processing. I saw additional card appear in my CIMB Click in the same day

At Sep 29 received my supp card.

Conclusion, you may send follow up email to ask for a head up if you are not getting any update.
