It is Malaysians with such attitude who head over to Singapore and give all Malaysians a bad name as they're bound to do something stupid in Singapore thinking they're still in Malaysia. Not to mention by eluding such payments, you're literally depriving the younger generation of their entitlement to a proper education loan when their parents can't afford it. Imagine if you are one of those who actually are in need of the loan however due to other people's fault, the body decided to stop giving this loan. How would you feel?

Day in day out there's been so many cases of Singapore PR or converted Singaporean (from Malaysia) who end up doing things that disgrace not only themselves but even Malaysians and Singaporeans. 

The other one on the other hand, asked my fyp what i do, and so happen it wasnt that relevant to the job scope, and blasted back "nothing to do with what we do here, so why we need you" . Then he looked at my uni, and he said, "Malaysia nowadays a lot of rubbish unis, and you're out from one of them". He said he barely knows UM... He even asked, whats UM famous for? I said prolly medic but i wasnt sure cause i dont study there. He hit back saying "See, even your best uni is good at nothing, so what of you".

Then I would consider a job which promise a career progression doesn't matter what scope it is.

All I want to hear is people with similar experience maybe 5 years ago.

I used to be a physiotherapist. I was working in a well known hospital for a few years then I switched to finance.
Before working in Malaysia, I have an offer letter from one of the hospitals in Singapore 5 years ago but i turned it down.

I guess, I am still searching for something exciting and interesting to progress

I'm planning on going over to Singapore for up to 1 year. I've looked through their Extended Visa in their website. None of them are quite suitable for me to apply.

I'm hoping to stay for long term, looking for jobs and maybe base myself in Singapore. I don't have a job yet. And waiting for an interview takes forever. I would like to rent somewhere in SG apply and go for interview whenever I get it while going around checking for any opportunity.

In order to buy HDB, I cannot own any property in Msia too? What kind of ridiculous rule is this? Lots of situation of this kind - example, Malaysian home is stayed by parents or relatives (bought before working in Sgp), but planning to buy HDB due to working here in Sgp. Tell me why cannot. Are we expected to stay in Malaysia and travel everyday to Sgp - if that is the reason you mentioned. If home is in JB maybe still can ..but if home is in KL or Kedah, then how to stay there and work in Sgp same time. 

Homes in Malaysia under rm1 million are not open to foreigners either; would you say they are "not full market price?"

Anyway just saying that while HDB's were subsidized when sold brand new to the SC, the subsidy doesn't transfer over to the PR when he/she buys it 5 years later. The SC songlaps the subsidy and opens thread on EDMW saying "Moi bought Pinnacle @ Duxton $500k then now sold to jiu hu kia SPR for $900k, HUAT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" lol.

Notice to those working in sg , theres an agent call may in charge of west side of sg especially jurong places seriously has manner issue and not professional at all. After receive agent fee can consider totally disappear and during the time I'm sign the agreement also doesn't explain the terms and condition properly and if any of you wan her number I can pm you so that you knw who she is
