morning all.. anyone here uses Huawei phone? Do u have notification error whereby you dont get notification when a request comes in?

I was using Oneplus One before this, now changed to Huawei P9. But now, I dont get any notification if got new request... anybody can help me pleaseeeee...

i'm using Huawei P9 lite....i got no issue , perhaps you go setting>notification panel & bar status> Grab app > allow notification turn on?

i've done that, in fact i allowed all. but still no popup.

under protected apps also, changed it already.

i've restarted the phone. reinstalled the app. same issue..

so yest i contacted huawei support chat. gave me steps below. Ive tried but still it doesnt popup.

Kindly follow the below steps:

1.Open Settings.
2.Touch Notification panel & status bar > Notification center, and then select the desired application.
3.Enable or disable notification settings as desired.
Display notifications in do not disturb mode: Select the desired application in Notification center, and then turn on the Priority display switch. Notifications will still be displayed when Allow only priority interruptions is enabled in do not disturb mode.

Also go to Protected Apps and protect the apps you want to show up on the lockscreen.


Lastly, they said if problem still persists, ask me to contact the app developer for them to provide application update.
