I did do the calculation every week. Their calculation is accurate and you can ask for detail by using email if you want to argue with them. I did it last time.
It seems like they pay more to me for last week incentive. Last week if you on 31min to 60 min = consider 1 hour incentive calculation.
This week their incentive calculation base on every minute instead of 30 min.

220 only took 10h

Grab just updated their incentive from tomorrow Friday to Sunday.
They increase their incentive of 5 hours from High Peak to Ultra Peak tomorrow. Tomorrow driver earn kao kao!

Sorry to say I find it funny when you compare RM7 differences for a Grabcar versus a taxi. A driver on a Grabcar's vehicle age is only 10 years at most, where as a taxi's car can be so malfunction e.g. no aircondition, dirty, smelly that you would prefer to may that extra RM7.

really...... some of them still dun know how to compare the service offered by grab vs normal taxi.

most passenger are showing dump up for the service provided by private car and willing to pay more.

therefore higher fee is justifiable......

however the fees structure really make make driver like they driving taxi cars...

I have some queries on Grab Car (hope you guys can share some thoughts on it) :-

Question 1
Curious, what is the reason Grab Car bans drivers from, picking up a same passenger?
If a customer’s appreciates a particular Grab car drivers services, he will normally book the same driver. Why is this not permitted?
Does it make any business sense to you guys?

Question 2
If a driver gets banned for picking up a same passenger – how long is that ban 6 months, 12 months ?

the worse part is most riders treat we Uber and Grab drivers worse than taxi drivers, perhaps we are being too courtesy and nice
pay fare cheaper than taxi but want more

the system will detect the same passenger being fetch by the same driver, if it is very frequent they deem driver are gaming the system therefore get banned.

Once banned, driver records will be in their system, then it is up to them want to re activate or not, chances are for this offence, no hope.

if 1st rider is the same on the next rider, it will trigger alarm already. Dun under estimate the system.

Same logic, if you monopolized the same passenger, other driver no need do ah ?? since it is the same rider, ask rider call you arrange trip la, what for use the system ? looking for trouble, is it ?

If rating below 4.4 , can still get incentive?
