anyone used grab car with credit card? noticed that grab card charge me differently from the e-receipt they send me.
For example, e-receipt stated RM72.80 but they charge me RM73.83 on my credit card.

Is this normal? Never encountered this when taking Uber

Try to remove or delate anti vurus apps, anti pop out apps, disk cleanup apps. It can be other apps kacau.

Today drive 6 hours Grab. 7am-10am and 5pm-8pm.
Payment receive RM140, incentive RM130. Total RM270.
After minus 20% comission and petrol still got RM180.
RM30 per hour not bad XD

Today i have received a job at 528pm. It falls under Mega peak hours. Due to the bad traffic, i was only able to complete my job at 644pm.

May i know how will the payout incentive be calculated?

Today drive Grab again for 12 hours.
Time- payment received - incentive receive
6am - RM39 - RM0
7am - RM21 - RM19
8am - RM8 - RM32
9am - RM6 - RM19

11am - RM9 - RM36
12pm- RM40 - RM15
1pm - RM6- RM29

4pm - RM16 - RM29
5pm - RM27 - RM23
6pm - RM11 - RM39
7pm - RM17 - RM28
8pm - RM5 - RM15

Total receive from passenger = RM205
Total incentive from Grab = RM284
Total receive RM489

After deduct 20% commission and petrol left around RM350

Where is the pick up and drop off location? Did you use the wrong way?
The incentive U will get for 5pm will be only RM17. You should continue to get at least 1 customer on 6pm block to have another RM35 guarantee.

Last time I accept a job at 5.55pm, drop customer at 7.05pm. No incentive for 6pm block. Damn
Today fetch a guy spend almost 40 minutes with only RM5 fare. Why? that idiot give wrong drop off location and somemore scold me. Niama... Lucky manage to get another short trip at that hour. Payment + Incentive total RM50 XD

Generally i think grab is not good for the drivers during rush hour. Especially in kl. Pick customer 20 mins. Drop off another 20 mins and fare is like rm10. Dont even think of achieving 3 trips

Depends where U at. The case I mentioned does not happen all the time. I know how to get 3 trips at certain area. But still depends on luck.

Hi, i have a few questions regarding safety as a driver.
1. For grab hitch, in the event of accident, driver have to rely on their own car insurance and life insurance only? But for grab car driver Grab car has insurance for drivers? Is there a link about this insurance provided?
2. Is there a SOS button in the app? Im asking because im a lady and worry about my own safety (Having the nearby police phone number is not as effecient as a SOS button to alert HQ right)

I'm a new grabcar driver and doing this for fun.Grab have sent and asking to drive during peak hours and I've not done it because I'm diing this for fun.

Can anyone tell me will I be suspended if I don't do this? Only doing this once in a while when free.
