I feel so disappointed on Grabcar on their efficiency on updating driver car insurance and license details.
I was fetching passenger on 5pm 2 days ago and suddenly the apps pop up state that my account is not activated.
Motxxr Fxker I did upload and update my documents. Called their customer service and they can't do anything, the only thing they can do is forward the mesg to relevant department. I upload again the documents on that day.
2 days pass and no fking update on my apps. Feel so regret to apply leave and drive Grab this week.

This is my Monday trip. This will be on Tier 1 (full time driver) incentive.

Morning busy hour - It is not a good morning because traffic jam around KL due to Merdeka rehearsal
6AM - 2 customers - Collect RM33 + incentive RM12 = Total RM45
7AM - 1 customer - Collect RM14 + incentive RM26 = Total RM40
8AM - 1 customer - Collect RM34 + incentive RM6 = Total RM40
9AM - 1 customer - Colect RM14 + incentive RM11 = Total RM25

Evening busy hour
4pm - 2 customers - collect RM19 + incentive RM13 = Total RM32
5pm - 1 customer - collect RM12 + incentive RM23 = Total RM35
6pm - 2 customer - collect RM16 + incentive RM29 = Total RM45
7pm - 1 customer - collect RM9 + incentive RM16 = Total RM25

Total Hour driving = 8 - 9 Hours
Total cash/credit card payment received =RM151
Total Incentive given by Grab =RM136
Total Receive = RM287
After minus 20% commission = RM229.6
After minus RM30 petrol = RM199.6
Every hour I get after minus commission and petrol = RM24.95 / Hour
The amount stated does not include tips given by customers.

Where is ur location? Perhaps we can have a Great TT session?
The incentive is monitor day by day? Or it's like Uber able to see on the weekly statement only?

I stay at Subang. Morning start at Subang. Evening start at PJ area. The apps does not show how much incentive U will get but they will distribute on weekly basis.

I go to GRAB website. It require me to leave my information with them. And WAIT for their response. How long is this period gonna wait?

hi guys, anyone know how the acceptance level is calculated ah? i skipped one job and my acceptance level dropped from 91.2 to 89.1...how is that possible? when i accept it only went up 0.4%.. i called the hotline and they don't know the calculation also

Simple math.
You done 9 trips out of 9 trips. = 100%.
Then you missed one, it will become 9 out of 10. = 90%.
Then you complete another one. It will become 10 out of 11. =90.9%.

Grab increase the incentive of Friday
Assume part time driver work 12 hours from 7am to 9.59am and 12pm-8.59pm, you can get at least RM430 if you get average of 2 passenger per hour. After minus commission and petrol, still can get around RM300.

Anyone can comment how is the earning if one were to drive the Premium Grab? Anyone jumped from Uber Black to Premium Grab?

Rider also stupid went key in reversed direction. Already kena few times when reach pickup location only tell they are at destination location. Yet this still count driver cancellation ?

What about those rider dun pick up call after booking ?

10 hours drive (morning 5 hours, evening 5 hours)
Trip payment + tips = RM205
Incentive= RM128
Total= RM333
Minus commission and petrol get around RM220

Seem like u always take leave to do grab ?..
No need so pia bro. 10 hours...Take it easy. Enjoy your leave by resting. Earning a few 10s is not worth it..

Exactly, never receive a pdf attachment show details trips done in the week and how the incentive has been calculated, like a statement.

instead just a summary how many incentive for the type of hours.

either way, if they do that it will be good, but also it will attract ppl call in and ask if anything is not right.

Furthermore, the job history only record like no more than 40 trips, can't load further history trip after 40++. Unless screen shot every day the job history.

Be careful with the acceptance rate, 90.0% doesn't auto means qualified for incentive, their records could means 89.99%.

Make sure it show at least 90.1% before call the week off
