Hi Guys, I'm a relatively new VOX user.

Just wanted to check if anyone can help shed some light on my UOB VOX cashback. I've attached a screenshot of all transactions since I received the card, but cannot understand how my July cashback 5.54 on 16 Jul is derived. I thought my June online spend would qualify for the max RM50 cashback? Am I missing something?

Has anyone else received cashback on 16 Jul?

June's 5% cash back is not yet out.
I assumed RM 5.54 is your 0.3% transactions. Calculate your total previous statement's and x 0.3%. That should be the amount.

Wait, this is your unbilled transaction right? 0.3% will only show in your statement.
RM 5.54 could be some promos. Not 5%.

The listing I posted is not my unbilled transactions. I can't retrieve my online statements for June and July, as I used to hold UOB Lady's Solitaire, but cancelled and applied for Vox. My first Vox statement in May was combined with UOB Lady's, but since I cancelled the Lady's, there's been an error retrieving statements. Will sort it out with CS when I get back from holiday.

However, I retrieved the screenshot listing using the "transaction enquiry" function, where you can specify the dates. I just requested for 1 May 2016 to 21 July 2016.

No wonder, yes then it makes sense. Usually 0.3% will only show in statement and not unbilled transactions.
Now sit back and relax, wait for your June's 5%. I'm also waiting for it.

can share with us which 3 merchants are not considered as online? thx

UOBPayOnline, but it was due to a system glitch on 23rd May, not anything.

My sister doesn't bother those cash back, said too troublesome to keep track. I will convince her though.

I supposed you meant for UOB VOX.
If you have checked out first post, you will see JomPay is under ineligible list.

Applied UOB VOX get VOX and Infinite, can I just activate VOX and ignore infinite?

If never activate will I kena annual fee?

So difficult to terminate?

For UOB VOX Card, does anyone have any idea on how UOB detects whether the credit card transaction is an online transaction or not? Does UOB use POSMODE?

For these 2 payment methods:
- swiping credit card at Ambank credit card terminal, in Caring pharmacy branch
- purchasing cash vouchers at Caring Pharmacy eStore

Both of these 2 payment methods have the same MCC, namely MCC 5912 - Drug Stores and Pharmacies.
