For Vox Card, 5% Online Rebate is calculated based on calendar month. Means it is based on transaction date of the month, not posting date of the month, right?
*
The final statement only has transaction date, so safely to say it should follow transaction date.

If I were to use PayOnline to pay 2 bills ( 1x TM & 1xTNB) in 1 transaction, it will be recorded as 1 transaction in the statement but what will be the MCC code?

is this what you see in your statement? only 1 transaction line but combined amount paid (tm+tnb)?

For UOB VOX Card, does anyone have any idea on how UOB detects whether the credit card transaction is an online transaction or not? Does UOB use POSMODE?

For these 2 payment methods:
- swiping credit card at Ambank credit card terminal, in Caring pharmacy branch
- purchasing cash vouchers at Caring Pharmacy eStore

Both of these 2 payment methods have the same MCC, namely MCC 5912 - Drug Stores and Pharmacies.
*
There's is another tag called "Card Not Presented" swipe to show it's ONLINE transactions.
Usually transactions which ask for OTP will be considered as ONLINE transactions

Just choose IBG a.k.a. GIRO or Instant Banking Transfer, then select UOB and payment type is credit card. Account number is your credit card no.
That's all.

You can transfer to either one account. UOB would allocate to both cards accordingly. So far, been paying statement amount in full. Not sure if minimum amount payments.

Got what? Got their two Managers call to apologise to me after I escalated to BNM regarding late cash back credit. They promised me that they will improve and they kept to their promise after my complaint. That's why you can see early crediting since few months ago. smile.gif I don't need to waste money to talk to them, I just need to write BNM an email and CC UOB. Of course when I complain, I threw in facts and quoted their T&C. smile.gif

Last year, I complained too for simply sending my card to my hometown address when I already told them to send to my office address. They sent me a TWG high tea for two voucher as Christmas gift and that reminds me I haven't used it yet, I hope it hasn't expired. sweat.gif

Anyway, I don't take credits for what I have done, it's just for the benefits of the community and myself. tongue.gif
