You can always refer to the 1st page for successful list of transaction. Even the CS also cannot confirm the online transaction. So if you did tried which is not listed on the 1st page, share to this thread.

of course both transactions will be under 5912 since both are used for caring pharmacy. there is no online category. online is just a payment mode. so it can be under online and pharmacy/grocery/mobile/etc category at the same time.

Though first page shows the following payment by BOX entitled for 5 % cash rebate, there were some posts recently mentioned some not receiving cash back:

1. DBKL assessment payment via Uob payonline
2. MBPJ assessment payment via Uob payonline

Any latest confirmation on 5% cash rebate entitlement?

Also, does each of the transactions or cumulative transactions have to be above RM50 for cash rebate ?

I agree with you that MCC cannot be used to detect online transactions.

Still, there has to be some other code that is used by UOB to detect online transactions. Is the code somewhat similar to POSMODE (used by CIMB Cash Rebate MasterCard), so that UOB would know that it is an online transaction?

yes, online is a payment mode and usually bank use posmode or similar to detect online transaction. although is under online, but you need to pay attention to their t&c on which mcc category is not included, for eg, insurance, bills, etc.

past 2 months was on 18th now have to wait till end of month?

Nope, haven't received. As per their T&C is by 30th, so still cannot complain.
Actually for the past two months were fast, usually around 20s. So just wait for few more days or I will complain again.

No I didn't. Already done that with HLB Wise.

For Vox Card, 5% Online Rebate is calculated based on calendar month. Means it is based on transaction date of the month, not posting date of the month, right?
