Does buying lazada/zalora/etc... thru Shopback consider online transaction and eligible for VOX 5% CB?
It is not specifically mentioned in post #1, no one tried b4 or not eligible?

Did not get VOX CB 5% for paying TNB via UOB Payonline, for May transactions.
I managed to get CB 5% in Feb and Mar this year, but not May ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

I got 5% CB for paying TM (Unifi) via UOB Payonline , though.

Anyone has the same for TNB via UOB Payonline for May CB?

hmm.gif trojant, probably you will need to recalculate again, was the transaction above RM 50? Just checking because cybpsych got his.

Above RM50, and my calculation is correct, no doubt.
Seems like UOB is randoming picking transactions for audit and reject vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

Well, you can always post it here for us to see. When is the transaction date?
I doubt so, there must be glitch somewhere. smile.gif
They don't evaluate the transaction one-by-one manually.

My TNB via UOB Payonline was on 23 May (both posting and transaction date).
Since cybpsych got CB for 4 May transaction, my guess either they do random check, or probably they changed to stricter setting in their CB settings.
fruitie, when was ur TNB via UOB Payonline transaction?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 25 2016, 01:32 AM)
How did you complain? Didn't expose the loophole right? biggrin.gif
TNB for his case.

Just called the CS and mentioned CB wrongly calculated. Put me on hold, and he did the calculation, then told me that he will put forward the request to claim back the missing CB.
Seems to me only unfortunately system error on 23 May.... let see if they "patch" the loop hole coming June CB icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Just realized UOB did not credit VOX 0.3% CB (RM1.xx) in my June statement, while for past months they did even for RM2.xx and RM3.xx.

Common, or they are now patching the hole only to credit CB if cumulative CB more than RM5?

I will remove June transactions because cash back for June will be only posted in July.

The problem now is where is your May 5% cash back which was supposedly posted on 18th June? All of us got it.

The 0.28 CR on 25th June is actually 0.3% cash back. Now yours has a missing 5% cash back.

Please call and check with CS. Etiqa Takaful should not be entitled, reported earlier.

This is recorded in my unbilled transactions:

Unless they still had issues on 24th May, so far forummers posted 23rd May had issues and didn't get cash back.
But again, even U Mobile are no longer entitled, at least AliExpress should be still entitled.

aikkss.... 28sen for 0.3%CB also posted... but mine RM1.xx under the 0.3%CB not posted confused.gif confused.gif confused.gif
I think they are having system problem.

Of course it seems insurance will be excluded from the calculation...

Sometimes i wonder if people are really so stupid or just plain lazy to try to understand & figure out the calculation b4 blasting out looking for free "accountant" to serve them hmm.gif hmm.gif

UOB currently having promotion code for 20% off for Zalora purchase above RM90.
Do I still get Shopback CB, if buy from Zalora through Shopback using this code from UOB (this code is not mentioned in Shopback)?

Shopback T&Cs said "may" not get (meaning it is not absolute "not getting" CB).
Anyone tried b4? If no Shopback CB, I skip the hassle to register with Shopback.

TQ

Yeah, still remember my 3 transactions on 23 May which didn't get back CB for my VOX? I made complain and UOB CS call and told me that my 3 transaction were not under online and not entitle for 5% CB. They don't even know how their system work, malas nak argue with her from being trigger unnecessary sad.gif
*
Hmm hmm.gif hmm.gif .... when i called CS about the 23 May dispute, the CS is able to see that my transaction is via uob payonline.

I don't have so much to spending every month... sweat.gif
Better enjoy my VOX now...
It's not even officially announced anywhere that current VOX's benefits will be discontinued nor telling the fate of current VOX users. hmm.gif Though VOX is removed from their website so expect some announcements soon to existing users.
*
We knew UOB blast SMS on promotion, though they never post or blast out winners list.
How do they usually announce bad news??

Maybank is the unethically way - no blasting but just an unnoticeable update in their website.
While, OCBC more responsible by blasting out SMS even benefits degradation.

To optimize YOLO CB @ 6%, need to spend minimum RM800.

Other than utilities/insurance (which is no longer eligible for YOLO), what else do you guys spend regularly for online transactions?
I am not favor AEON/POSONLINE combination (though still dunno will be eligible or not)... too much hassle and don't feel syiok to pay GST that contribute to someone's shopping spree bill.

Or you all just plan to take YOLO for occasional transaction when needed (like online air-tickets)?

What kind of "normal" online transactions? So many things to buy online? shocking.gif shocking.gif

I wonder if those who already received 5% CB are "real" online transaction only??
Those who have yet to receive 5% CB are the "controversial" online transaction (e.g. utilities TNB, PosOnline, government)???
