UOB Payonline - https://payonline.uob.com.my/

It's a UOB owned online payment portal for a set of limited payees such as TNB, Syabas, DBKL, Maxis, etc.

If you own a credit card that offers cashback for online payment, then you can use UOB Payonline to pay those payees and earn cashback. One example is UOB VOX. Others like CIMB Cash Rebate and PBB Visa Signature card.

UOBPayOnline is a website which consolidates quite number of merchants and you can make payments to these merchants with no service charge using credit cards. Very useful website, I pay my TNB via this website.

But again, your UOB cards may have no benefits if pay to any merchants using UOBPayOnline, just for convenience only. If you have cards like UOB VOX, PBB VS and HLB Wise will have cash back if you use UOBPayOnline.

Go to CDM and pay lo. Easiest way is still GIRO, only 11c from any banks. I do this for all my cards and my main bank is Maybank.

Not the case for CIMB CR. No cash rebate if using CIMB CR.

Just realized UOB did not credit VOX 0.3% CB (RM1.xx) in my June statement, while for past months they did even for RM2.xx and RM3.xx.

Common, or they are now patching the hole only to credit CB if cumulative CB more than RM5?

Supposedly according to T&C is if cumulative more than RM 5. I still get for below RM 5.00, let's see my next month's statement.

does insurance autopay eligible under Retail 0.3% cb?

Already four (4) bill statements, never received any 0.3% since gotten the card in mid-March 2016. sweat.gif

example retail transactions:

1) car service centre, RM4xx (expected cb RM1.xx)
2) watson's, RM2x (expected cb RM0.0x)
3) medical insurance, 2-month advance payment RM6xx (expected cb RM1.xx)
4) medical insurance, monthly payment RM3xx (expected cb RM0.9x)
5) car insurance, RM1,xxx (expected cb RM3.xx)

no issues with Online cashback.

It seems insurance is not considered as retail... It was mentioned somewhere in this thread...

No for UOBPayOnline. Yes for PosOnline. You may refer and proceed in CIMB thread for further information about CIMB CR.

Even in M2U, you can pay bills using MBB credit cards right? Not to mention you can pay bills via M2U with other banks' credit cards thumbsup.gif
