Hi all cc users, I'm gonna need to pay a big lump sum amount of Rm30k, what benefit can enjoy if I swipe UOB One Card?

Anyone ever called to CS to request for easy payment 6/12/24 months? What is the interest?

Well, at least they didn't force you to pay for it. laugh.gif

my point of view - "a card with annual fee is a failure".

Well, depends how you utilize it. When you applied this card, you already knew it comes with AF, so just be prepared that the AF will not be waived in following year.

I know I have to pay for HLB Wise's AF but at least I know I'm getting back RM 100 every month, so the AF is worth to pay. It depends on your utilization and the usefulness of the card. biggrin.gif

guess what fruitie, a moment ago, received a call from uob card centre.. they now will reverse for me the AF charged! and extend free AF for another 2 more years! rclxms.gif

I believe it is the retention department which called you, usually the CS will just read out the SOP and tell you it is not possible.
After you proceed with cancellation, retention department will contact you.

whatever it is, sometimes need to make some 'noise' biggrin.gif

so for now, i will keep the card.. although i have cut it to half, the officer will replace a new one for me.. rclxm9.gif

Add up all your May spending and x5% = RM36.45

As for 0.3% rebate of RM3.27, your total spending is RM1090, which I cant seems to total up.

(61.75+132.65+130.60+51+188)x5% = 28.20???

QUOTE(kelvinlzy @ Jun 30 2016, 04:54 PM)
There is another transaction in 27 May which is RM165.07.

The RM3.27 is the 0.3% rebate, which translates to RM1090 spending.
*
but 165.07 is with next statement... so confusing..

the 0.3% rebate is not calculated per statement?
