If you really did that, you're definitely being slapped for finance charge upon the payment due date.

QUOTE(shuangping @ Jul 16 2016, 02:20 PM) Hi, sifu Would like ask if I use my VOX CARD Rm 50 per transaction per month only, izit not entitled for 5% cash back? So, I need use at least Rm 1000 for entitle 5%cash back? Eligible transaction must meet RM 50 min in order to get 5% cash back on the advertised category. If your transaction < RM 50 on the advertised category, it won't be eligible to get the 5% cash back. The maximum cash back is capped at RM 50 which in turn translated to RM 1000 of spending on on the advertised category monthly.

QUOTE(shuangping @ Jul 16 2016, 03:59 PM) Sorry, I'm still can't understand. Last month I pay my maxis bill for RM50, but I didn't get cash back. Izit need spend Rm1000 per month to get cash back? No need. You pay at where? UOB VOX CC cash back credit system is not consistent to other cash back cards in the market or by UOB. It's better than you snapshot the transaction of your Maxis payment here, so that other can help to analyze if it's eligible or not.

I think MillkTea93 meant is charge first, convert later.
Normally, it's NOT 0% interest.

Reached the PIN enabled card for UOB ONE. Tried to activate via SMS twice but failed. Called CS just now and they said unable to activate by just providing my NRIC. They insisted to have physical card with me during the call for activation.

QUOTE(mamamia @ Jul 19 2016, 12:43 PM) My case is I received this: RM0.00 Thank you for choosing UOB Credit Card. We were unable to process your PIN creation and activation request for card 6176. Please call 0326128123 That is via SMS. I mentioned earlier that I had try 2 times via SMS. The SMS is not FOC and it's under value added SMS category. QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 19 2016, 10:35 AM) That's strange. Anyway, the card no. is still retained, so if you have the old card with you, it works the same since CS insisted right... I noticed that my card expiry date in UOB IB has been updated from 11/18 to 11/23

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 19 2016, 08:00 PM) Yes, expiry year will change to. Only CIMB CR decreased the expiry year, so far all my cards extended. My UOB VOX from 2020 to 2021. Just called CS to activate the CS. They said they failed to do so and asked me to do using UOB IB. I told them I failed also. They said I have to wait for the card activation team to call me back within 24 hours. I was like WTF.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 19 2016, 08:32 PM) If you haven't activated it, then still status quo and can still use the old card. I hope so but remember what I mentioned earlier, the expiry date in the UOB IB has been updated to 11/23

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 19 2016, 09:33 PM) It doesn't matter because you will be given 60 days to activate. So your old card still can be used. Actually not only expiry date will change, VCC also will be changed. I'm aware of that too but I hope that they don't update the database mistakenly.

PIN enabled card is activated. The card activation called and a series of verification questions. Quick deep like interview; 5 to 6 questions I think.
