called uob, they told cannot convert, have to apply as per new for YOLO.

The CS did mention the YOLO is almost exactly the same as VOX interms of benefits, but I am waiting for some good news here on YOLO and posonline

Mine is an additional card though but someone here got his VOX terminated when YOLO was activated. Me on another hand was told will be a conversion, nothing happened, both cards are still active.

Yeah, just applied Yolo over the phone. No need application form and additional documents

- asked for a conversion, they said not possible
- asked if possible to reapply without resubmitting documents since it was just 3months of VOX, they said not possible also
- asked if CS can help me apply, she said no, pls do it online.
- asked when will VOX be terminated and what will happen to existing card holders, she said depends on management decision.
- asked what will happen to negative Credit balance, she told me I need to clear it.

I feel i got a "lazy" template based CS.

I got pissed and told her UOB online application takes 3 weeks to reply. Instructed CS to get a telemarketer to call me back tomorrow for a replacement card else I am complaining to Bank Negara that the CS failed to follow through my request and cancelled VOX without my consent.

I will call again in the morning and see if I get a more hardworking CS

Regarding 0.3% cashback for UOB VOX Card, is the cash cashback rounded down from the calculated value?

The total values of all my transactions as shown in my August and September statement are RM 302.20.

The 0.3% cashback (shown in October statement) I am getting is RM 0.90, instead of RM 0.91. Is it normal?

Yes. This card is not solely for online what. Of course banks encourage you spend for other stuff too.
