Anyone successful to make payment from POSONLINE TO AEON through credit card ?
Last I tried successful was 24th June.

Yes, I did that. Added AEON and IndahWater. I only did AEON the second time.
Hmm.. let me check if AEON got the payment for the previous attempt.

Yolo no cash back for these;

12. The Cash Back under this Programme shall not be awarded for the following transactions:
a) Insurance;
b) Balance Transfer;
c) Cash Advance;
d) Flexi-Credit Plans;
e) Easi Payment Plan purchases;
f) Recurring payments, auto-debit transactions and standing instructions;
g) 0% Interest-Free Installment Payment Plans;
h) Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions;
i) Top-up transactions;
j) Government transactions:
i. Alimony and child support;
ii. Fines by Court, government, state authorities or local authorities;
iii. Bail or bond payments;
iv. Payment of taxes to government; and
v. Payment to any government departments.
k) Alimony and child support;
l) Utilities bills;
m) Charity bodies;
n) Bill Payments (subject to Clause 2);
o) Petrol transactions;
p) Cash and cash-based transactions;
q) Telecommunications (subject to Clause 2);
r) Payment of annual card membership fees, interest payments, late payment fees, charges for
cash withdrawals, goods and services tax and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees using
the Card; and
s) Such other transactions as UOBM may determine from time to time.

Can manage la.. unless u got so many other stuff to do.. does not take much actually unless u kejar the rebates till the dot then I agree it's tiring..

At the end of the day.. I just pay my needed expenses with a little more hassle to earn that extra bit.. kinda petty but after a yr or so, I have some money I can spend for myself without feeling that guilty...

called uob, they told cannot convert, have to apply as per new for YOLO.

The CS did mention the YOLO is almost exactly the same as VOX interms of benefits, but I am waiting for some good news here on YOLO and posonline smile.gif

- asked for a conversion, they said not possible
- asked if possible to reapply without resubmitting documents since it was just 3months of VOX, they said not possible also
- asked if CS can help me apply, she said no, pls do it online.
- asked when will VOX be terminated and what will happen to existing card holders, she said depends on management decision.
- asked what will happen to negative Credit balance, she told me I need to clear it.

I feel i got a "lazy" template based CS.

I got pissed and told her UOB online application takes 3 weeks to reply. Instructed CS to get a telemarketer to call me back tomorrow for a replacement card else I am complaining to Bank Negara that the CS failed to follow through my request and cancelled VOX without my consent.

I will call again in the morning and see if I get a more hardworking CS tongue.gif

just to update..

yesterday the CS told me to resubmit online to apply for YOLO.. but i demanded for telemarkerter to call me today..

today a telemarketer called.. say she will process my YOLO, ask me to listen to some t&c.. and told me they will take 7 working days to send over to my home addy..

suggest we be specific and ask a telemarketer to call us back regarding YOLO application.. no need submit any docs...
