coz the cs told me someone from retention department will call me to confirm/not sure...as the line not very good

After retention department calls you and you still refuse, then it will be quite fast to disappear from your online portal.

just to update..

yesterday the CS told me to resubmit online to apply for YOLO.. but i demanded for telemarkerter to call me today..

today a telemarketer called.. say she will process my YOLO, ask me to listen to some t&c.. and told me they will take 7 working days to send over to my home addy..

suggest we be specific and ask a telemarketer to call us back regarding YOLO application.. no need submit any docs...

different cs giv different answer, mine, ask for convert straight say ok.
btw, anyone fail to get yolo card? i think all vox user had no problem.
off topic: can i pay bill which is not under my name? PosOnline.
next month if confirm got cb from PosOnline then i'll pay whatever bill with posonline...

Hey guys, need your advice for my friend here. CS called him today who requested to apply YOLO. He holds Vox card and in UOB system his annual income is still below 36k as he didn't update his income. To his surprise, CS actually offered him to convert Vox to YOLO, saying this is a special promo for all Vox holders, if don't have Vox then have to follow the RM36k rule. Still it is subject to approval. My friend then wanted to send his income document to secure the application but CS said even if you submit document chances are still 50-50. I told him better to submit his income docs otherwise if rejected have to wait for 3 to 6 months, or can appeal using current salary slips, but better submit first right?

convert from vox to yolo i dont think they see your annual income...
cos the cs (my case) said to me is change batch by batch, means all vox user got chance to get yolo...

UOB visa platinum, worst card i ever had. virtually no cashback, no points, no benefit at all, still charging RM178 annual fees. cannot get it waived, and has to spend more than 10 minutes on the paid call, to cancel it.

Then why did you apply it at the first place?

It was 5 years ago, when they still have good cash back
anyway i have cancelled it now.
