A datapoint.

Paid TNB bill using UOB PayOnline while using an old bill number and it worked.

Thank you to those who advised that it would work.

it does work, for now.

Better to start using your new 12-digit account number.

After 19 Oct 2016, you will not be able to make TNB payments with the 14-digit account number.

Guys, can anyone confirm that UOB Vox card no longer provided 5% online transaction cash back (effectively after 1 Oct 2016). I saw they remove the 5% cashback term from their T&C on UOB website.

Anyone receive any update from the bank?

Erm, nobody even confirms if TNB and Syabas cannot get cash back. Yes, it is stated in the T&C but nobody has tried and confirmed back. It is a new card so even UniFi also not sure.
You can try and let us know.

Just to share on my recent purchase from Lazada using UOB Yolo Card.

Every tuesday its UOB bank day, some items in Lazada will be given extra discount if we use UOB card to pay. However so, i tried using UOB Yolo card in one of the purchase, to my surprise i didnt get any Bank extra discount.

Im guessing that UOB Yolo card is currently very new, the system has yet to reflect such card number hence do not have any bank discount. Therefore, i resulted using back my other UOB card in order to get the extra discount.

Hi All,

For the VOX cash back,is it call "Campaign Cash Credit" under unbilled transaction?
I 100% confirm I did not fully utilize RM1000 during 1st-31st Aug but saw the RM50 cashback post in yesterday.
Is it possible for UOB to group the 0.3% and the 5% together and reflect as the "Campaign Cash Credit"?

Thanks

0.3% and 5% cash back are different, will not group together

0.3% rebate will be credit based on your statement date

Did you have any late postings from July?

How big is the difference between your anticipated amount and the RM50?

It will not be grouped together.
Maybe you can show your transactions from 1st to 31st August here or probably any July 30th or July 31st transactions. smile.gif

No late posting.I only anticipated RM41.xx as I only spend around RM833 in the whole month of Aug.(which those qualify for 5% CB)

I do have a transaction on 30th July but it was posted on the same day.And I have used up max cash back for July month.Totally no spending between 31th July till 7th Aug.

Does "Campaign Cash Credit" in unbilled transaction refer to the regular monthly cash back?

Campaign cash credit is the 5% of online cash back. It is based on calendar month. So from 1st until the last day of the month.
