Thank you for your information, lilsunflower. rclxms.gif

Best way for me is to call CS before your card anniversary date (i.e. before the AF shows up in your statement). This gives you some negotiating power.

First ask nicely if can waive. They can either say yes (some banks very easy) or no.
Your method should work for WISE credit card, right? smile.gif

Just want to check, how to find out your credit card approval code when you make online purchases?
Does approval code only exist for swiping at the machine?
*
basically yes...

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 29 2016, 02:50 PM)
Me until today not yet posted, it was a transaction from Sam's Groceria... 7 months, gotta be 8 months soon. RM 500. laugh.gif
So, it is really depending on merchant.
Approval code? Did you mean OTP? It will be sent to your phone via SMS for online transactions.
*
i suppose he meant the 6 digit approval code which appeared in the slip. usually some banks use it when conducting certain kind of contest.

Ever since my first card with them, I received all my UOB cards via Poslaju. They screwed up the first delivery that time and quickly re-routed my card to my preferred address. After that never failed to send to me to my office address via Poslaju. I'm really their customer from hell. tongue.gif

I didn't ask for courier service as well. During my first delivery, I was told it was supposedly normal postage which I gladly accepted even if it is sent back to my hometown. They went and used Poslaju, ended up nobody at home. doh.gif I really gave them a tough time. laugh.gif I prefer all my stuff sent to office, got people there to help me to collect and deliver to my workstation. tongue.gif

Rightfully it should follow transaction date but there are cases reported that they are included in the following month's quota. If you are not given with any cash back, please check with CS.

Then, why did you terminate so early? Just maintain it for another month and you will get your cash back.

Hi guys,

Anyone has idea whether payment for these thru UOB PayOnline are considered "Online Shopping"?
- payment to Celcom
- payment to TNB
- payment to TM/Streamyx

Or a way to get around this to use PosOnline?
