I use VOX card to purchase ticket online thru ticketcharge.com and did not get the 5% rebate.This does not consider online purchase?
Transaction was on 5th Jun.Already received latest statement,no rebate.

1) Does it mean besides the unknown whether uobpayonline payment will still have the CB,mostly if not all the merchant as per the list in front page are still valid right?(such as Paypal,Zalora etc)

2) YOLO just use RM835 can entitle for the max RM50 CB already?And now no more minimum RM50 per swipe but is a accumulative basis?

I am current One and VOX holder.
I call CS on 11th Sep and ask to apply for YOLO.The CS say she cannot do it and will ask related department personnel to call me back.
Today someone from uob credit card department called me and say can apply thru phone BUT they cannot sent the card to my home due to security reason and insist that I need to collect the card from the branch.
I need the card before Oct and have no energy to debate further with the uob person,so I have no choice and just apply the card thru phone.

Upon thinking back now,I really don't want to waste my time and money travelling to a branch and collect the card.

1) What can I do now?Wait 1 or 2 days and call back to check if my YOLO approved and try my luck asking whether they can sent to my home?
2) Anyone have similar experience?

It can be sent to your delivery address. I changed my delivery address to my office to ease my cards delivery and CS also confirmed my YOLO will be sent to my office.

In fact none of my UOB cards was collected from branch, all sent to my delivery address.

Or during initial apply,they already agree to sent to your desired address?
My case now is they don't agree to sent to my home address upon application.

For the VOX cash back,is it call "Campaign Cash Credit" under unbilled transaction?
I 100% confirm I did not fully utilize RM1000 during 1st-31st Aug but saw the RM50 cashback post in yesterday.
Is it possible for UOB to group the 0.3% and the 5% together and reflect as the "Campaign Cash Credit"?

No late posting.I only anticipated RM41.xx as I only spend around RM833 in the whole month of Aug.(which those qualify for 5% CB)


I do have a transaction on 30th July but it was posted on the same day.And I have used up max cash back for July month.Totally no spending between 31th July till 7th Aug.

Does "Campaign Cash Credit" in unbilled transaction refer to the regular monthly cash back?

2)If keeping VOX till end Oct to receive Sep month CB,need to spend at least 1 time based on calendar month or billing cycle month?
3)YOLO only have CB for Online and Dining,no CB for "Others" category?
