IF they are from surrounding like BSP and KK, then back to BSP / KK is where they would.

Then back to the original issue, this township basically benefits nearby communities rather than own residents.

They must have a proper planning, big four developers here add up in term of acres is double of kota kemuning but they are asking residents here to piggyback Kota Kemuning forever?

KK itself is already suffering now they need to spare the road to a township double their size.

If Cove can build a private toll to elite + flyover to cyber, I don’t see why Rimbayu can’t, they just don’t want to.

I think you or someone else mentioned repeatedly, if the sales still jalan, then there is no motivation for them to improve the connectivity. So it is up to bandaraya kuala langat to resolve the congestion problem which indeed got some progress, the planned flyover etc

If we think like this…we also use the road, shops, and some use the park of KK.
So also not fair to them?

Going into Rimbayu was fine.

Going out was horror.

Not sure what's the reason though.

Traffic was bad last weekend.

This junction does not really cause the jam from Rimbayu, its the flyover traffic light with its long cycle causing the traffic to pile up until Rimbayu roundabout gate

And the exit lane toward Elite toll is just one short lane just few metre from traffic light

that's understatement if you had seen their whatsapp group when started to realise their fate back in 2018

Yes agree to this and the lack of Smart Tag and RFID lane add to the jam. They should add more toll booth to help with the congestion (ELiTE)

Finally, the KPWKM is acting against all illegal taska and preschool businesses. I urged residents to report these unlawful businesses to them ASAP.

For years, I had to endure the constant traffic noise from stupid parents who left their car engine running, illegal parking (blocking the front gate) and racist torments from these parents. May they never breed again!

Report done for KPWKM, next will be LHDN and the MACC. MPKL did not take action and only gave the owner a verbal warning. Maybe the MACC need to go after those in MPKL too.

Ya. Illegal for years. MPKL called the owner and only gave a verbal warning.

She claimed to have a Bomba approval but no fire safety systems on the premises itself. No fire alarm or drills. A fake fire escape stairs were installed but led to nowhere. Dunno why parents sending their kids there. Never check the status ka? If later fire how? Cry for a few days and forget everything?
