Erm never a concern to me, maybe 5% of the normal days the flight will route through here and usually not that low so it is not that loud.

Unless the flight is directly above your unit then ya it is noticeable.

But in Klang valley you can’t really runaway from flight noises unless you stay KL East.

Subang/Shah alam/Klang will have slight noise from flights.

on certain time/day only, not a nuisance, not daily. likely depending on wind direction. (i guess)

It is quite frequent every 2 minutes will be having a flight pass by during peak hours, it is either from north/north east to south or north west to south (bidirection, Rimbayu located north from KLIA), however the noise is still acceptable to me, especially indoor you may feel nothing. Very minimum number of flights fly very low until you can see the logo.

No choice la, nearby with KLIA mah, but good thing is, we go KLIA only 30mins

Do you guys concern about the noise from highway?

As I am planning to get a unit at Avela, I actually went to the site to gauge the noise from highway. Based on my experience camping there for about 60mins (2 separate times), lol, the sound from highway is actually not that bad (can hear sound but it is not disruptive). I think it is comparable to the sound of vehicles in the taman road. In fact, based on my experience living in terrace house, noise from neighbour's A/C outdoor unit or our ceiling fan could be louder and much more notable. During that two visits, I am actually more concerned of the aircraft noise instead of the highway. Maybe residents of SWAN or LIVIA can give more accurate input since they are in the proximity.

Aircraft noice - if got impact…. How about Putrajaya, Cyber Jaya, Gamufa Cove?

Am sure many area got affected.
The same goes for subang, USJ , Denali Alam as well.

Yes noise is there. But much less if inside the house and will just get used to it.

they still have few plots of landbank in rimbayu
some are gazetted to be schools/mosque
depending on sales, residential plots maybe converted to commercial zones if the latter is of much demand

again these projects are cheaper to launch than building a better road networks for the traffic in the vicinity

those proposed links or flyovers so far mmg no new plans/progress, especially after state election.

Sound of jets flying very loudly this morning around 10am. After that, all quiet.

Frankly, the problem here is more quiet than noisy . If you are coming from a more populated urban area, first thing you will notice is the lack or depending on the location of your unit, no motorbike, car sound etc. etc. like i wouldn't worry about the airplane... when they pass, you will hear if you are outside... else - here, you likely heard the lizard sound inside your house then any other sound.

If you want to be safe... just don't pick a unit facing the main road... anything in the middle of that specific taman, usually is ok.

Outside of service residences, i don't think will get anymore launches below like 1mil... the remaining few plots are like the "prime" plots... those smack right in the centre of the entire township.... considering Avela right at the fringe is basically 990k++ after minus whatever discounts they are giving, i don't see they will launch anything cheap. Have to sub-sale if want to get anything below 1mil landed which is relatively new.
