What I heard from one of the SA said due to too close proximity to skve's exit in BSP, the proposed interchange to Rimbayu is not allow.

Hearsay, some developers buying land south of SKVE (directly opposite Rimbayu) ...maybe the govt needs to impose a condition that an entry/exit to SKVE needs to be built before any large-scale housing can be approved.

Yea. So fast 10 years already. The townships have come a long way within the last 10 years. Already surpassed Kota Kemuning.
Luckily didn't end up like Bukit Beruntung lol

Yea those Jenjarom and Banting folks using the Bandar Rimbayu road to go KL, PJ.
Hoping WCE quickly complete so that those people can use WCE instead.

I sometimes go into the office at Bandar Utama.
Hoping next time when then LRT 3 is complete I might just use LRT3 at Johan Setia to go office.

WCE is not connected to Rimbayu directly FYI.

Used to be “proposed” now gone.

How is the subsales martket in Rimbayu?
The township looks quite good I am considering to get one for my own stay there.

Subsale is worth to get it before it is really shoot up.

Avena already cost 1m but smaller than the old one.

Anyone that considered Rimbayu compared to Ecohill in Semenyih and in the end choose Rimbayu? would like to know why

Its ok lah, by that time many already retired. No need to fight traffic during peak hours. Go and come at off peak hours even though the plan finally put into action laugh.gif

This Persiaran Mokara flyover plan listen for 10 years already. Still need 3 phase. Phase one contractor come see see. Phase two pay contractor that came see see. Phase three election time again. Restart 3 phase again.

Actually you could take LRT from Puchong Prima to MRT Bandar Utama
But train travel time alone already cost you around 1.5 hour.

Today the traffic from Rimbayu ain't so bad.

From BSP toll to Sierramas took me 55 minutes.

Slow traffic only at Subang and Damansara exits.
