There are plenty of 22x75 within 800k closer to centre of town around kV. Just need some googling. If got the cash for down payment, the choice is abundance.

It’s overpriced. Those saying otherwise is just repeating the mistakes during the high rise bubble, landed may be more forgiving, but it will still take years on overvalue recovery.

Actually he is saying “common”, not all lah. But hmmms, i am not white-collar, most of my friends who are white-collar, they got pretty nice pay though. 💪

If wanna talk about common, then must look at all the white collar lo

Example if all your friends are lawyers and doctors sure nice pay lo but those are your friend circle not common ppl in general

Ok, your statement makes sense too. Anyway, non of my friends, at least close friends la, are neither doctor or lawyer😉.

However, putting apart common or not common those white-collar getting nice pay or not, house’s price now is no joke, even it is not as common as 1M price tag, it is now 700k~800k, and above already.

There is always option to rent. How much the rental here?

1.5-2k can get? If can rent at 2k or lower why buy with 3-4k commitment?

2k rental with zero maintenance, pipe burst, roof leak, tile crack etc etc you no need care, landlord kaotim. Money saved can buy nice car or go oversea holiday every year. 🤣

You like the concept of paying rental with “zero headache”, then you rather don want to buy house. And saying the money saved can buy nice car or go overseas, every year.
