20 x 65 (1999sf) = RM880k 22 x 65 (2300sf) = RM1 mil+
Looks like this area is aiming min RM1 mil for all landed...

Ya and they price it at least 100k higher than subsale. But people will still buy ~1mil houses because of relatively lower entry cost compared to subsale. Eg discounted/free mot, discount for down-payment, freebies etc How many will be able to pay the down-payment of 80-100k for a subsale property this area.

Avela more spaces and affordable. Individual title. Avela 22x70 selling 1m 30x70 (8 feets garden terrace) selling 1.4m Levane 24x70 selling 1.35m with Lakeview. Strata.
