Example if all your friends are lawyers and doctors sure nice pay lo but those are your friend circle not common ppl in general

There is always option to rent. How much the rental here?

1.5-2k can get? If can rent at 2k or lower why buy with 3-4k commitment?

2k rental with zero maintenance, pipe burst, roof leak, tile crack etc etc you no need care, landlord kaotim. Money saved can buy nice car or go oversea holiday every year. 🤣

Best to visit the place and speak to the guards at the respective guardhouse.

They will have an idea of who is selling etc and more likely to get a great unit with an ideal price point.
