Address plan is different. Pos Malaysia will advise. Until now u can see some of the letter they rewrite under shah alam.

From my understanding it shall be under telok panglima garang,even rimbayu gallery address also telok panglima garang(stated in brochure).My friend in Chimes said it should be Pos malaysia problem,since for them kota kemuning have the nearest post office if compare with TPG.

Even the cukai tanah etc they paid to MDKL.I also hope this is under shah alam~nama cantik ma.

I dont talk about Lot no..i talk about the address...with Shah Alam postcode. It is in S&P. Can be changed later?

Why?

Beside of restriction of entertainment business, usually people will think shah alam is mainly populated by one race, sometime this will make business holder will think twice to open branch in shah alam. Eg: can publika replicate in Shah alam? or more reasonable example, the curve/IPC commercial..... i dont think so.

remarks: just my personal view where stay in shah alam more than 20 yrs.

Why cant have mall like Aeon shah alam?

What's wrong with shah alam? Setia alam oso under shah alam. They still can have big mall n cinema. K.k also under shah alam.

MBSA has restrictions on entertainment businesses. Can't give you further info on the restrictions cause I dont know in detail myself. As such, KK's nightlife is limited to McD and Starbucks xD

only open to limitedly to setia alam & icity... so i give icity a pass. i have a doubt how much restriction can they let go...for shah alam

Better like that. If want nightlife, go away from Rimbayu. We want tranquility here

all I know is that the cinema and setia city mall is on...actually they are on a piece of land gazetted as "international zone"......

but as far as pub is concerned, setia avenue also got....therefore I dunno if MBSA really restrict on pub biz.

I dunno if this is the reason why KK doesn't have pubs and cinema.

I thought bukit Jelutong also got cinema rite?

I think striking a balance of having some night life, shopping, food, etc would be great.

I am more concern about the development later, directly will impact the property value and porposition.

If under Kuala Langat, will it be so "ulu" kind of development, whereby everything not being developed, and resulted abandon kind of land.

FYI, when 80's, Shah Alam also one of the ulu place.

Same as MPSepang, and now got Cyberjaya.

We will never know what happen in future, future might be become MPKL and head quarter moved to Canal City.
