Stamp duty on MOT still adsorb by developer . Yesterday I went , promotion package is cash rebate rm17k+rm6k(but need sign SPA within due date).

Some people have other things on top of the list rather than FH or LH. Why the hate bro?

Lol! This forum is too entertaining with all the dai got debate about freehold and leasehold. But I thought this is to share ideas about Rimbayu ? If those people have so much negative comment, why need to keep stay in this forum and told people buy freehold?

Hmm... Are they all agent?

Open forum are always welcome comments and ideas . But isn't too much of debating about the same old topic .

From my understanding it shall be under telok panglima garang,even rimbayu gallery address also telok panglima garang(stated in brochure).My friend in Chimes said it should be Pos malaysia problem,since for them kota kemuning have the nearest post office if compare with TPG.

Actually the Type C layout not bad,quite like it..haha..too bad SPA signed can't change.The room size is quite spacious and not much "corner".After rebate RM30k will become RM710k,ok la ,not bad.

A lady,i think from other department(Not sale ) told me they will have smaller size 20'x60' price from RM570k?? anyone know about this 20'x60'?

Yea... rimbayu to KL really quite some distance.looking forward the behind road open up when penduline completed. At least use MEX highway better right. Chimes got below rm700k?? Last time agent bring me , she told me RM710k ??? She said RM650k is bumi wo?

Hey guys, Ijm referral fees increase to 2% already ?I ask my friend go check out Rimbayu project and she told me buy with agent then I can’t get the introducer fees . Is it true ??
