ASM statement this year in different format - combine ASG.
Paper and printing of cheaper quality with blue letterhead just like a registration form.
I prefer the old red colour one.
So will ASW & AS1M combine statement?

Guys, just wondering. Anyone here taking the ASB loan?

Aside from taking the dividend, and paying in advanced the whole year, is there any way to reduce the principal?

Because I calculated and if the loan is for 200k, the total payment is almost 400k (based on 25 years loan). So is there a way to reduce the principal as early as possible? (When get bonus pay part principal off ke)

Well if have people pick up the units sold, then should be no problems..
If not, ASNB need to cancel the units..

Hello all... Not long ago I put in some money to buy ASN3 i think (to help a friend) and I realise I have no clue what is happening to it until I got a letter that day from them.

Am I able to buy additional units online or something?

Remembered long time ago during AS1M start, people say there is a risk they will charge service charge?
Is it rumour?
