Guys, just wondering. Anyone here taking the ASB loan?
Aside from taking the dividend, and paying in advanced the whole year, is there any way to reduce the principal? Because I calculated and if the loan is for 200k, the total payment is almost 400k (based on 25 years loan). So is there a way to reduce the principal as early as possible? (When get bonus pay part principal off ke) |
