Unfortunately the closest and more convenient Affin in my place doesn't have ASX FP...halau me go to Octopus bank...

I tot all Affin branches have ASx FP

When I asked to take number, immediately "Sorry Sir, we don't have ASX here. Nearest you need to go..."

I was new to the bank It was my 2nd/ 3rd visit to top up ASX only with no basic accounts with them or relationship with anyone but still being treated like a VIP. I started opening basic account 2 weeks later only to facilitate CASA to ASX.


Maybe system not upgraded or available staff to handle ASX yet.

Quite good actually overall, some sour face but some is very helpful...beggars can't be choosers 😔
