Received redmi note 3 from ITRONIC.

It's the snapdragon version.
ROM is 7.1.9 (China Version) probably need to do some flashing later.

I ordered mine too (same silver unit) yesterday, today receive Gdex tracking #, guess will arrive tomorrow.

another on Saturday late night, haven got the tracking number

actually the only different is without official MI Malaysia warranty
I waited the official for so long
even MI Singapore have 2-3 sales, but none here
Superbuy sold out damn fast

So with RM170+ different, get grey import jer la
RM676 not even enough for 16GB/2GB version from MI Malaysia

removed some bloatware but it came back everytime i restart the device.

what bloatware?
Chances are they installed a vendor ROM for you

Your best solution here is to flash your phone to the official GlobalStable ROM downloaded from MIUI
