It is very common diff companies set up to handle for diff projects - not only for the case of AK but the big boys in the market as well.

so far no one comment about the LRT/KTM/ERL noise?

but my partner have 1 unit at seputeh condo, every time ERL pass by, u will crazy about the noise.
anywhere I dont know how the noise over there but I sure the noise will effect ur living style.

but according the price range, is attractive compare to other condo,
吃的咸鱼抵的渴。
means if you can take the salted fish, then u can stand the thirsty.

Heard my agent say, rumahwip will build on the downside or now is playground (near to the railway), hamstead will be on upside. Dun knw true or not...

Go to the site. I cannot imagine that area able to fit in 2 high rise blocks. OMG.

And in between this project and the PPR blocks gonna built a 7 storey car parks there.

Sure, best view sure give luxury unit, unlike wangsamas,
Hamilton beside DUKE 3 due to the KLCC view unit but wangsamas built inside abut and able to avoid the "music by highway" .

Anyway, just went thru the entire thread. Sounds like some pointers are eye opener like politically motivated point, etc.... only time will tell.

Holding up in hand so so many projects is crazy and never see before a project sold out in 3-4hours (on Hamilton, wangsa maju), even those funny units (facing west, level 13A, etc.) i guess millennials just wouldnt mind so much on all this.

But AK obviously very good at naming their projects. All sounds very classy and nice. the harve, hamilton, hamstead, etc.

Even skyworld also lose. They only have bennington, skyluxe as more premium condos.

Goodluck to future buyers in chosing their units!

I would say this Hamstead gonna sold out as usual due to few main selling points:
1) price/sf is cheapest as 360k starting for 9xxsf
2) 2 cp, considered as "large condo" which nearly 1ksf
3) theoretically walkable to BTS

There are few undeniable cons as well:
1) Indah water, tbh future subsales gonna be challenging
2) ppr flat, factory area
3) AK, handling so many projects.. so...

Don't let those vested party tell you shyt like buyer get what they paid for... come on ppl, this isn't system barter like 3 kambing exchange 1 cow.

Do sufficient of paper and actual research by visiting the place before made any final decision. Anyway I don't see what's the point of Hamster Rumawip, 198k vs 360k. This is not much of "price advantages".

I personally not quite interested in getting any units as to me developer is of paramount importance. AK not my cup of tea simple as that.. hehe

They're good or bad, no one knows. Only time will tell.

But I'm excited for future buyers or current buyers for their projects! Hopefully people who cant afford home last 10years (like myself and many others), can finally able to get one now, a place they call home.

might the most nasty developer case in malai like "small version" of Enron scandal, and it's just a beginning...

Don't worry if abandon. Most of their projects located at prime location. I'm sure many others would fight to take over the project. But not sure about the pricing. The new take over developer able to keep the pricing the same?
