Last year, all units at The Holmes in the same vicinity were snapped up within a record one day. And most recently last month, The Henge Phase 2 created eye-catching headline on PTLM over its long queue to buy property. Undoubtedly I think Aset Kayamas and EcoWorld are the 2 most productive developers in the past 1 - 2 years.

This developer has suddenly become 'too big to fail' developer.
If they do a good job....they will be a force to reckon with in building affordable and quality housing for the masses.
If they fail....all hell will break loose....especially with the middle class voters.

As long as they keep selling "AFFORDABLE", their products will still saleable. Buyers are hunger for anything less than RM500k with decent living space.

as an own stay buyer... i am still feeling its a must to do so.... but still... i heard plenty of ppl complaining 300k is still expensive... affordable condo should be 200k and below... i am impressed with their mindset..... rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif

Don't understand why buyers take risk rather then look at secondary market.....many would say no money for S&P.....put it this way....if no money for S&P, I would say u are better off renting then owning a property....there are many hidden cost of ownership.....and headaches too....

At this surrounding location plenty of good secondary market units also cheap too....I have never seen a developer suddenly launch so many developments at a go...even big boys don't do it.....very fishy smell....hahahah

buyers will assume its government backed project.... the belief is still there... as the success of the project will determine the votes towards the current government.... so they strongly believe the government wont screw this one up.... once screw.... 10k household will affected... haha..... subsales.... need more money... more time to hunt.... hidden cost also might be more... how you know when u visit the unit it seems ok... the next day u move in... here bocor there bocor... here need tampal there need upgrade... i am not saying those ppl din do their research comprehensively... but i am confidence... there are some problem you wont know until u stay in.....
