May I ask are all the units in Hamstead comes with bare unit? No minor furnish at all like aircond, water heater or anything

Yes, hard to get loan compared to 99yrs.

Loan will be even harder/slimmer possible when the lease years reaches 50..

Anyway, remaining lease year is a factor.
