I think one thing no one can deny, except if he is MO no. X, is that the company is in serious financial trouble.

What no one seems to know is if he is gonna be declared bankrupt. If that happens, anyone and everyone with a hand in empire gonna jialat.

The sheer number of speculators who invested in his completed and undercompletion props are gonna suffer. And some may end up bankrupt too.

And the number of NPL's gonna spike up

Do not look up anymore and its almost stop WIP. We look at ground and looking forward to partially openning of F&B by end of this year and completion of all the access roads and sufficient parking space.

They still serve the interest and some worker is still moving in the remis site.

Called them they admit is very slow due to not enough workmanship, aiyah for whatever reason they still paying the interest. delay at remix is for sure hope no abandon lo.

Meh could be the tipping point for kv property market. The ripple effect will be felt wider than most expected.

Since ed ccc, no subsale vendor has reported unable to sell or transact his unit implying all is well and smooth.

My personal view on ec..
I think ec is in too advance stge to be abandon now. Even if empire declared bankrupt, other developer will be too happy to take over the job and completed it...
Delay is evitable.

Beside empire still have 60acres in ec2. They still can sell the land and complete ec1.

Yeah, a friend of mine dealing business with them too before that, they cant pay my friend and they give the units to my friend as payment. Now my friend holding some units and cant sell it. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

The tipping point is if ec is abandoned, available units in the neighborhood will be uuu. By the time ec is completed, investors would have avoided current soft market and npv will be substantially higher.
