I went to Empire Subang an at times their escalators when I step out the platform seems like want to open up. Very scary so nowadays I tread on it lightly. This is shit maintenance for all I know. Probably don't know how many months MEH didn't pay the company to maintain their escalators and is decaying now.

Just becareful when you step down from their escalator ya especially anything to MEH. Mid Valley's case though is different. Is the user's fault.

i felt scare sometimes when i was at Nuu Sentral even though it's a new mall.. at times when I step on platform, it just feels loose like it is about to collapse.. like you said, have to be careful at all times doesn't matter which mall you are in

What platform are you talking about? Is the escalator landing platform where there is a case in China where it opened up and someone fell in?

According to inside info from friends/clients in the developer & construction industry, Empire is in bad shape financially. Unable to even pay their monthly interest to banks.
Heard their project in Subang completely stopped.
