Use ladder my friend, but the top part won't get dirty very often, so not to worry so much. Tho those who appreciate design of high ceiling I can tell you they don't mind. Is about taste, If you ask me I think is very nicely done.

If you are first hand buyer your rental already can cover your loan already. If you bought sub sale than susah skit la. Property is a long term game, is not 5-10yrs is more than that. ED location is really good you can access too many places without paying TOL. TOL will increase every year with this current G. SO if you ask me I rather keep it I'm sure it will increase. Btw those first hand buyer that bought the place around 240k-250k now 430k-450k. Already make la. You think they care of selling it since their rental can cover the installment.

You're right, EC has so much potential but manage it wrongly is like our beloved country. Get the right ppl it will grow.

Agreed, they ver PANDAI to put a show. This place had so much potential and yet they fucked it up!
